Home smoked mackerel pate served with a fennel and orange coleslaw and toast
Deep fried saltmarsh lambs belly served with piccalilli and caper berries
Courgette soup served with herb croutons
Apple, walnut and Rosary goats cheese salad
Main Course
Rope grown mussels served in a Kentish cider, garlic and cream sauce served with hand cut chips and side salad
Slow cooked blade of local Dexter beef served with horseradish mashed potato, baby carrots, onions and button mushrooms
Mixed autumn squashes with pearl barley, Old Winchester cheese and rocket
Roast belly of fruit fed pork with roasted root vegetables, apple butter and sage

Warm sticky toffee pudding served with toffee sauce
Vanilla set cream with poached pear and shortbread
