Pickled pear and walnut salad with dandelion leaves and Cashel Blue

Roast pumpkin and chestnut soup

Game terrine with pickles and toast

Locally smoked Scottish Salmon with creamed horseradish and dill

Mains

Roast turkey crown, braised leg of turkey and all the trimmings

Braised pigs cheeks with sage mash, brussel tops and pork scratching

Old Winchester pancake served with wild mushrooms

Baked rainbow trout with braised fennel, tomato and lemon

Puddings

Christmas pudding with brandy butter

Chocolate tart with poached plums

Sticky toffee pudding and clotted cream

Our Christmas menu is served between 12pm & 3pm and between 6pm and 10pm.
